Good day. My niece had written your office to request information about her visa and passport but she kept getting information that the office "only facilitate e-visa service" and that she should follow a certain link below: https://morocco-evisa.org/emabssies-consulates-of-morocco/. But this link above does not bring her or even me to a different page other than this same one. I kindly need your help to resolve this concerning her visa and certainly her international travel passport. My Morocco eVisa shows a validity date until 19 January 2026. However, my current flight itinerary departs late on 19 January 2026 and arrives on 20 January 2026. I kindly request clarification on whether this itinerary is acceptable under my eVisa, or whether my departure must occur before 23:59 on 19 January 2026. I would also appreciate confirmation on whether the allowed stay period begins from the date of entry at the port of entry, or whether the visa validity date remains the controlling factor for exit. Your guidance will help me ensure full compliance with Moroccan immigration regulations. Thank you very much for your assistance.

I was recently nominated, along with 13 colleagues, to attend a training program in Morocco. While all others received their visas, I was informed that my application was rejected. Unfortunately, no reason was provided for the rejection. I kindly request clarification on the grounds for this decision, so I may understand if there were any lapses on my part and ensure that such issues are avoided in future applications. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Good morning Sir, My name is Zainab. I would like to book an appointment to make an enquiry regarding the Empress Visa. My team is scheduled to travel to Morocco for a board retreat. Out of 30 delegates, 25 have already obtained their visas because they hold valid UK visas. The remaining 5 members do not, and we would like to confirm if they can come to Abuja tomorrow for screening. Please kindly advise on the following: If they attend the screening tomorrow, will their visas be ready before November 30th, which is their travel date? If the visas cannot be processed before then, can they travel using the AFCON E-Visa without immigration issues? I would appreciate your guidance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Thank you very much.
