You write that appointment bookings for Pretoria need to be made via email, yet you do not provide the email address anywhere on your site. Moreover, nobody answers the contact number ( in fact the mailbox indicates that it is full). Yet somehow (miraculously) visa application service providers, extorting the sum of R8000 for application assistance, manage to secure appointment? Given that that South Africans who don’t have a Schengen / US visa to cannot not apply for an e-visa, are we being expected to pay for visa appointments via these service providers? Please put the email address for booking appointments on your site!

Please send Parental Consent Format required for Minor travelling. Also confirm that as Visa Specialist assistant we can apply online for e visa on behalf of an applicant. They do have existing used USA - UK - and Schengen Visas. Kindly Respond.

To whom this may concern, I am trying to apply for a E-Visa as I will be travelling to Morocco for a workshop course from the (14 December 2025 – 20 December 2025) As a South African, we are struggling to apply for an E-VISA, I also tried contacting the Morocco Embassy in South Africa, Pretoria and there is no answer on the phone lines.
