This is Omara Christian Kenneth, I am a student from Uganda and I was invited to attend a conference in Morocco. i have been having problems applying for a visa since there is no Moroccan embassy in Uganda and I do not hold another valid Visa from any other country. The nearest other Moroccan Embassy or Consul is in Nairobi and Kigali. That brings me to my questions: 1.
