Is it possible to obtain a physical visa for Morocco that would allow me to stay in the country for up to three months?

I hold Indian passport and German residence permit. However, my German residence permit is expiring in April-2026. Can I visit Morocco during Feb-2026 for tourism purposes?
When filling out the eVisa application form, a hint pops up when selecting a country of residence as Germany, stating that one needs to hold a residence permit for minimum 180 days. Will it matter for tourism eVisa?

Travel to Morocco with temporary resident permit from Germany
By Kim Ngan VuHi there, I have Vietnamese passport and living in Germany with German temporary resident permit (Aufenthaltstitel) valid until 31/03/2026. I would like to travel to Morocco from Germany in 02/2026.
2 questions:
1. Can I travel with my resident permit? Do I need to apply for eVisa?
2. I have recently renew my Vietnamese passport and received the new passport numbers. However, my German resident permit still has my old Vietnamese passport numbers. In my travel, I will carry 2 passports for proof of changing passport. Is it possible for me to travel to Morocco within this situation?
