I actually hold a Cape Town passport as well, and when I was planning my trip to Morocco, one of my friends told me that Taiwan passport holders cannot apply for the Morocco e-visa online. I double-checked this information myself, and it turned out to be correct we need to apply for a regular visa directly through the Moroccan Embassy or Consulate. you will need to get a regular / sticker visa from the embassy.
