Since you’re living in Bangkok on a Thai Marriage Visa, you can apply for a visa to visit the country — but Myanmar nationals aren’t eligible for the Morocco e-Visa unless they hold a valid residence permit or multiple-entry visa sticker visa from certain countries (like the EU, US, UK, Australia, etc.).

Since your residence is in Thailand, the correct way to apply is to visit the Moroccan Embassy in Bangkok and submit a regular sticker visa there. They’ll guide you on the documents you need — usually your passport, Thai visa, proof of stay, and travel plans.

It’s pretty straightforward once you go through the consulate.

My self Mark , I’m also a Bahraini national, and I faced a similar situation when I was checking visa requirements for Morocco. When I couldn’t find “Bahrain” in the eVisa nationality list, I contacted their team and they informed me that Bahrain citizens are actually visa-exempt for short stays. That means we don’t need to apply for an eVisa at all.

I actually hold a Cape Town passport as well, and when I was planning my trip to Morocco, one of my friends told me that Taiwan passport holders cannot apply for the Morocco e-visa online. I double-checked this information myself, and it turned out to be correct we need to apply for a regular visa directly through the Moroccan Embassy or Consulate. you will need to get a regular / sticker visa from the embassy.
